Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation:

It may kindly be noted that orders for Kruthi snacks and masalas products will be dispatched fresh immediately after receiving the order. Cancellation requests will be processed If the request is made before dispatching the order. However, the cancellation request cannot be processed if the orders have already been shipped.

Refund:

Kruthi snacks items are always made fresh and orders are always dispatched immediately as soon as it is received. Mostly the items will be delivered within 2 days in south and 5 days in the north. If the shipment is unusually delayed or the product is out of stock at the time of ordering, the product will be reshipped or alternate items shipped with your consent.

It there is any other complaint like missing items, parcel damaged or quality complaint refund will be considered by the customer service team after due verification of the images and background. Quality complaints will be processed by the management quality team and approved only after proper analysis, quality complaints will be considered only if it is raised within 24hrs of receiving delivery. The refund will be processed as the replacement of fresh items or fund transfer to your bank account only. The refund process will be done within 3 days of decision.
